Buy

Buy a qualifying Hisense appliance from a participating retailer between 08.09.2021 – 19.10.2021.
You can register your email address to receive a reminder 1 week before the claim period opens.

Wait & Claim

Wait for the claim period to open and then submit your claim between 17.11.21 – 16.12.21. When submitting your claim, you will be able to select either a cashback sum or a Gousto box voucher as your reward.

When making a claim you will be required to provide your full name, address, phone number, email address, valid Hisense product code, valid Hisense product serial number and purchase date for the Qualifying Product you have purchased, as well as details of the Participating Retailer from whom you purchased the product. Proof of purchase must also be provided to make a claim.

How do I take part in this promotion?

To take part in this promotion, simply purchase a qualifying Hisense from a participating retailer between 8 September 2021 and 19 October 2021 and submit your claim online between 17 November 2021 and  16 December 2021. Open to UK residents only. Full T&Cs apply.

When am I able to submit my claim?

You can submit your claim online between 17 November and 16 December 2021.

How many times can I claim?

The offer is limited to one claim per person, per Qualifying Product purchased.

Is my product eligible for this promotion?

To be eligible to claim, you'll need to have bought a product listed on the eligible product page. Unfortunately, if your product isn't listed here, you won't be able to claim.

What can I use as my proof of purchase and what should it show?

This depends on where you made your purchase:

If you bought your product from a physical store, simply use the receipt you received with your purchase.
Proof of purchase must be in the form of a copy of an original receipt for the purchase of a Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Purchase Period. Copies of deposit receipts and/ or order confirmations will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
When sending your proof of purchase, make sure the following information is clearly visible:

  • What you bought
  • Where you bought it
  • Date of purchase
  • Price you paid
How do I upload my proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase must be in the form of a copy of an original receipt for the purchase of a Qualifying Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Purchase Period. Copies of deposit receipts and/ or order confirmations will not be accepted as proof of purchase. If you made your purchase online, then it's likely your proof of purchase will have been sent to you by email. Simply screenshot your invoice, making sure the following information is clearly visible:

  • What you bought
  • Where you bought it
  • Date of purchase
  • Price you paid

Alternatively, you can save the entire email as a PDF. You can usually do this by selecting Print then Save as PDF. You can then upload the PDF file to your claim.

Sometimes, invoices are attached to emails as PDF files; in this case, simply download the invoice and upload it to the form.

The picture of my proof of purchase is too large to upload. What should I do?

If you've had a notification saying your file is too large, you'll just need to resize it. You can do this in one of the following ways:

If you're using a Windows PC

  • Open the image in the Windows Photo app. This should happen automatically when you double click it.
  • Click the three dots at the top-right of the window.
  • Select Resize.
  • Select M Best for emails and messages.
  • Give the file a name you'll remember and click
  • Save.

You should now be able to upload the new file. If you're using a Mac You'll find all you need to know under Resize, rotate or flip an image in Preview on Mac. When you've completed the steps, try uploading again.

Where can I find my serial number?

You can usually find your serial number on a sticker on the back of your device.

I've just submitted a claim. What happens next?

We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received your claim.

When will I get my reward?

Once a completed application form has been received by the Promoter, the participant will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Where a claim can be verified, the participant will be notified by email and the cashback sum will be issued within 28 days of validation using the email address you have provided. Cash back sums will be paid in the form of a Virtual Pre-paid Mastercard which will be issued by email. The card will expire 12 months after it is issued.

Where the participant selected a Gousto box voucher, this will be provided in the form an e-voucher or discount code which will be issued by email.
